Okay, so this isn’t an “article,” but even better. It’s an awesome video that I find myself telling couples to watch for therapy “homework” all the time. This is something that couples eventually practice in therapy over and over in different contexts 🙂 Yes, it is weird and forced at first, but eventually this dialogue becomes second hand and it DRAMATICALLY DRAMATICALLY DRAMATICALLY improves relationships….
